Last January our school hosted a group of Finnish students from Kuopio, and our class 2I with teacher Mrs Giaimo accompanied them to visit our school. Everybody talked about the traditions in their own country and the differences that exist between them. Together with the class and their teachers we played some games to get to know each other better, with some videos and photos from Finland and Italy. There were six girls, two boys and two teachers, and each one of them contributed to the success of the Erasmus project. All together we visited the center of Rome, went to the Colsseum, the Capitoline Museums, the Roman Forum and had lunch in some typical Roman restaurants. On one hand for me and my mates, it has been a beautiful experience to develop our English skills and abilities, and for the first time we took part in an Erasmus project. On the other hand the Finnish students made a wonderful trip far away from their houses and visited a breathtaking country, famous for its history. We thank our school and hopefully there will be some other more occasions like this very soon!
